Protégé Energy III strives to achieve strong rates of return from investments in U.S. shale and conventional plays – all in a safe, ethical, and environmentally responsible manner.

Protégé supports and practices the belief that we have a moral obligation to play a role in making the world a better place to live through Socially Responsible Investing (SRI), which integrates environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) considerations in our business decisions.    

Protégé’s fundamental ESG building blocks or policies can be summarized as follows:

Environmental Policy

    • We encourage and embrace the efficient use of natural resources and continuously evaluate and implement environmentally friendly solutions in our operations.
    • Protégé strives to conserve natural resources, minimize waste and respect the environment and communities where we operate.
    • We pride ourselves as a responsible driller and producer of oil and gas and strongly promote the highest of safety standards for our operation, employees, and contractors.
    • We seek to fully comply and/or exceed compliance with applicable environmental regulatory requirements.

Social Policy
